As a Creative Producer at wtv. you’ll take client projects from brief, through development of creative proposals and production – where you’ll be getting right to the heart of the brand, messaging and communications objectives – and you’ll oversee the post and final delivery. At every stage, you’ll regularly be working closely with the live and events teams to ensure your content fits seamlessly into the wider production.

We are looking for someone who is great on those finishing touches that take an event from good to fantastic, and who can creatively and practically guide the project from start to finish, harnessing the relationships with established suppliers and creatives – who is hands-on with projects and happy to hand-hold the client at the same time! We are looking for someone who is confident and organised in style, and both creative and practical in their skills set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capturing, interpreting and responding to client briefs
  • Developing creative treatments
  • Producing professional and coherent project proposals, budgets and schedules
  • Maintaining and developing relationships both internally among the various wtv. departments and externally with clients and suppliers
  • Support with pre-record and animated asset creation
  • End to end project & budget management
  • Managing and briefing talent, support staff etc.
  • Negotiating with and co-ordinating suppliers
  • Planning and producing a variety of projects ranging in size from simple pieces-to-camera and interviews, to multi-asset and multi-format events.

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes

  • You’re naturally creative, with strong cultural/social understanding of what’s relevant for varied brands and have proven excellent project delivery skills.
  • You are deadline-driven with production experience across logistics, technical and creative.
  • You’ll have an agency background and proven experience working on a range of creative projects, across event and experience, with a proven track record of excellent client account management.
  • You’ll have excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • You’ll have excellent communication skills.
  • You’re confident taking on projects autonomously where necessary and working with different teams and suppliers.
  • You’ll have budget management experience from end-to-end.
  • Very good visual eye and a great attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, confidence to drive forward creative concepts to delivery
