FINA needed to reimagine its global congress in response to travel restrictions and the worldwide demand for digital access. Traditional on-site meetings restricted participation and made truly inclusive communication in sports difficult. The needed a hybrid sports congress

Objective

The main objectives of the FINA General Congress were to enable equal participation for all 183 national member federations by delivering a seamless hybrid event that provides an inclusive experience for in-person and remote delegates and facilitates secure, efficient, and transparent sports congress live voting across multiple languages.
