Nestlé HR Leadership Conference

The challenge
Designing an HR leadership conference that drives real alignment across global markets goes beyond bringing people together.
With 104 leaders in the room, the risk was not lack of content, but lack of cohesion. Without intentional design, an HR leadership conference can quickly become a series of disconnected sessions, with limited interaction and little lasting impact.
At a time when HR is expected to lead organisational change, the conference needed to actively build connection, participation and shared direction, not just deliver information.
Client: Nestlé
Event Type: Hybrid
Location: Nestlé global headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland
Objective
Create a two-day leadership experience that actively builds connection, sharpens collective thinking and anchors a shared direction for HR across the organisation.
Not just a conference, but a designed environment where leaders contribute, challenge and leave aligned in how they move forward.
Our Solution
wtv. devised and delivered a cohesive leadership experience that connected strategy, participation and production into a single, aligned environment.
- Experience Design
A clear concept, narrative and structure built for interaction and shared thinking - Content & Production
Narrative film, stage design and AV delivery aligned to a broadcast-level standard - Engagement & Participation
Live tools and structured moments that turned attendees into active contributors - Delivery & Planning
Flexible, milestone-driven execution ensuring consistency, quality and control throughout

Outcomes
A unified direction established across global HR leadership
Leaders actively contributing rather than passively attending
New connections formed that extend beyond the event
Clear momentum carried forward into day-to-day decision-makingService Highlight
wtv. approached the conference not as a traditional event, but as a continuous experience designed to flow beyond a sequence of sessions.
The two days were designed to carry a sense of progression, with each moment building on the last so leaders could locate themselves within a shared narrative. Production was used deliberately to hold attention, create rhythm and give weight to what was being shared. Interaction was woven through the experience in a way that felt natural, allowing participation to emerge without forcing it.
Client Impact
The conference created clear alignment across HR leadership and strengthened how leaders connect and move forward together beyond the event.
